Cat 2 & 3
DeDora is from Long Island and rides for Fitzgerald’s Bike. This is his first season. He rode the Reidlebaur Round Top last year.
“It was rocky, some parts were slippery, like the cave,” DeDora said about the course. “It was harder than I expected but I wanted to get it done”.
He, and his dad Rob, intend to do the whole series this year.
The kids’ races, as always, were as big a hit with the parents as with the kids.
Tim Quilty added some humor to the situation as he MCd poking fun at mechanic mom and dad.
One comment Quilty made was “The future of mountain biking is right here”. The truth of that statement was born out by the show the 12 to 18-year-old riders put on.
