WALKWAY OVER THE HUDSON RUNS 2016
This Sunday more than 3,000 runners will traverse the Hudson River via the 1.25-mile Walkway Over the Hudson pedestrian bridge. The second year of this event is expected to well exceed the inaugural year in participants. The Treetops to Rooftops 5k is already sold out.
While the Walkway may be the jewel Hudson Valley's crowning achievements are the ever growing rail trail system. The half and full marathons travel over both the Dutchess Rail Trail, the Hudson Valley Rail Trail in Ulster County.
