The 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics’ opening ceremony kicks off this world wide sporting extravaganza on Friday. Winter Olympics are limited to events that take place on snow or ice. After this week’s snow falls there are plenty of places around the Hudson Valley to have your own Olympic experience either as a spectator or a participant.
