By Jessica Porter The Hudson Valley, Shawangunk, Catskill Mountain Hudson Highland region is rich with old rail and carriage trails, which were primary means of transportation for tourists in the 1800s. The inaugural afternoon nordic ski extravaganza took off from the Steel Bridge at noon on Tuesday February 17, 2015. The group was made up of classic and skate skiers, initially around 16 people, the party on the snow grew to about 25. |
